Feature Rescue of the Month: Silver’s White Jet (Jet)
Jet is not a rescue in the traditional sense, but I am including him in this section as he needs your positive thoughts and prayers right now. He suffered a bad accident over Easter weekend, aggravating his Wobbler’s Syndrome. He is my old show horse – together we placed as Youth Reserve Champions in the Provincial Appaloosa circuit. He is also the horse that taught many of my riding students to ride, and many of my FEEL clients shared amazing experiences with him. The accident has caused nerve damage to his spine, making it difficult for him to sense where his back feet are (hence the name “Wobbler’s”). Using a combination of Omega Alpha products, Reiki, Bowen treatment and acupuncture, he is starting to improve, but we need your positive thoughts to help him become whole.
If you are interested in learning more about our rescue program, or want to know what you can do to help, please call.
